Welcome to Simple Solutions by Rachel K. Smith ("Simple Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing a consultation, membership, tutoring service, or by using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Services
Simple Solutions provides educational support services, including but not limited to:
Educational consultations
Homeschool planning and guidance
Curriculum recommendations
Academic assessments
Tutoring services
Parent coaching
Membership resources and community access
All services are intended for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic services.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or the legal parent or guardian of the child receiving services.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise stated. Membership subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Consultation & Tutoring Appointments
Consultations and tutoring sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time. Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Membership
Membership includes access only while the subscription remains active. Benefits may include educational resources, live coaching, community access, downloadable materials, and other member-exclusive content. Membership benefits may change over time as programs evolve. Simple Solutions reserves the right to update membership features at any time.
Cancellations
Memberships may be canceled at any time through the customer account or by contacting Simple Solutions before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for previous payments. Members retain access through the end of their current billing period.
Intellectual Property
All website content, educational materials, downloads, videos, templates, worksheets, recordings, lesson plans, graphics, branding, and written content are the intellectual property of Simple Solutions by Rachel K. Smith. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, shared, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Educational Disclaimer
Rachel K. Smith provides educational guidance based on professional experience and training. Simple Solutions does not guarantee academic outcomes, homeschool success, admission to educational programs, or specific student achievement. Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for educational decisions, curriculum selection, record keeping, and compliance with applicable homeschool laws within their state.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Solutions by Rachel K. Smith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on educational recommendations.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use any content in violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
